Any information collected by any means will be held in strict confidentiality. We will NEVER sell, rent, trade, barter, loan, give out, any information you may supply us. This includes but is not limited to, your name, company name, address, phone number, credit card numbers, e-mail, or any other pertinent information we may collect in the course of doing business with you.

Collection methods:

Electronic via secured pages, pay pal, e-mail forms, and written forms via postal mail, or in person.

Social Security Numbers:

Phoenix Web Design™ will NEVER ask you for your social security number. This number is very valuable and private to you. For your security we will NOT ask you by any means, via electronic, postal mail, or in person. If any member of our team ever asks you for your social security number, NEVER give it to them. If any one asks you for your number, report this immediately to the CEO.

Cookies:

At this time, Phoenix Web Design™ chooses not to use cookies. If in the future this policy should change, we shall display this information on our web pages, and e-mail our clients.

Web bugs (A.K.A. clear gifs, invisible gifs, or 1 by 1 gifs):

What is a web bug? It is an often invisible graphic on web pages or in email messages that monitors the person who is viewing the web page or message. They are made through the use of HTML IMG tags.

What are some things a web bug does? It makes a personal profile of the sites a person visits, collects the IP address of the computer that viewed the bug, shows the URL of the page the web bug is on, the time the web bug was viewed, the browser used to view the web bug, any previously set cookie value.

Phoenix Web Design™ will NEVER use this intrusive bug to collect information about you the client, or web surfer.

Other Tracking methods:

Phoenix Web Design™ will not use tracking devices to monitor your web surfing habits. We only use simple page counters to keep track of the number of visitors to our site. These page counters will be displayed boldly at the bottom of the page.
